Gana is a former Army major who has come home and found that the law moves slowly, if at all, when the guilty have money and political cover. He deals with them his own way.

A rich man's son kills a young woman and walks free. Her parents ask everyone who is supposed to help them, get nowhere, and take their own lives. Gana decides that someone should answer for it.

Between the fights he is also trying to get married, which is how he meets Hansitha, an MLA who has no intention of being charmed, and the men he is hunting turn out to be protected by people far more powerful than they are.
