Qayamat: City Under Threat2003

Three people take Mumbai's Elphinston Jail with 213 tourists inside it: the brothers Ali and Abbas Ramani, and Laila, working for a Pakistani officer named Brigadier Rashid.

What makes the siege worse than a siege is the cargo. They have three missiles loaded with a virus, and a demand of fifteen hundred crore to be met within a day, or the missiles go into the water the city drinks.

The CBI hands the case to Akram Sheikh, whose problem is not only the island prison and the clock, but that one of the people he has to work with knows the brothers better than any file does.
