Inspector Prabhat Singh is sent after Ajgar Jurrat, a crime lord who lives in Kenya and runs his business in India. The only witness he can use is Akash, the youngest Bharadwaj brother, who has stayed clear of his family's work.

Ajgar answers the raid by killing Prabhat's younger brother. Prabhat's father blames him and disowns him, and Prabhat leaves the force for a village where nobody knows what he was.

Years later the commissioner comes asking, and Prabhat flies to Nairobi with Akash. Their assigned guide is Surya Pratap, an honest Kenyan officer who regards Ajgar as a respectable local citizen and the two visitors from India as the problem.
