Karthik runs his companies from Portugal and comes back to India because one of his factories is being taken to court by an activist group. He is also engaged to Anushka, an arrangement both families need for inheritance reasons and neither of them pretends is love.

The activist leading the case turns out to be Divya. Karthik sets out to settle the matter quietly and finds himself paying attention to her instead.
