Drishyam 22022

Seven years have passed since Sam Deshmukh disappeared. Vijay Salgaonkar now owns a cinema hall and dreams of producing a film, but his family has not healed: Anju lives with the trauma of that night, and the town still gossips about what the Salgaonkars really did.

The case was never closed. IG Tarun Ahlawat has placed people close to the family, and a former convict comes forward claiming he saw Vijay on the night that mattered. When a body is dug up, the net around the family finally seems to tighten.

Vijay has had seven years to think about this day, and how far ahead of the police he still is only becomes clear in court.
