Shivangi lives in London with her husband Veer, a member of a princely family, in a house well away from anything she grew up with. A locket arrives from India as a gift, and Veer opens it.

What comes with it takes him apart slowly, and the doctors in London have nothing to say about it. Shivangi goes home to find the one man who might.
