Madan Chopra is a rich Bombay businessman with two daughters and a past he has buried. A young man who calls himself Vicky Malhotra loses a car race to him on purpose, and within weeks he is welcome in the Chopra house.

Seema, the elder daughter, is already in love with him and keeps it hidden from her father. Priya, the younger one, meets him separately and begins to feel the same, with neither sister knowing about the other.

As Madan hands him more of the business, small things stop matching up. Priya starts asking questions, and Inspector Karan Saxena, an old college friend, begins looking into them on her behalf.
