Aravind Sametha2018

Veera Raghava comes back from London to his village in Rayalaseema because his father has been killed in an ambush. Everyone around him expects him to take up the feud; instead he leaves for Hyderabad.

There he meets Aravinda, an anthropology student who listens to what he is carrying and does not tell him to simply forget it. With her, he starts working out what an actual end to the fighting would cost.

Back home the rival families are counting their dead and waiting for him to pick a side. Peace, if he wants it, has to be arranged rather than declared.
