Bhoothnath2008

Aditya Sharma takes a year's posting in Goa and moves his wife Anjali and son Banku into Nath Villa, an old house the last tenants left in a hurry. What made them leave is still there: Kailash Nath, who cannot get out.

Banku is the only one who can see him, and instead of running he answers back and plays tricks, until the old man gives up trying to frighten him. Anjali watches her son talk to empty rooms and draws her own conclusions.

Bhoothnath, as Banku calls him, has been waiting in the villa for a son who went abroad and never came back. When Vijay finally lands in Goa, it is to sell the place.
