Bonus2020

Aditya has an economics degree, a comfortable life and a seat in the family business. With profits down, he wants to stop paying the workers their yearly bonus.

His grandfather sees the bonus as a duty, not a favour, and makes him a deal: live for thirty days as one of the company's labourers, and if he still thinks the same at the end, the bonus can go.

Aditya takes the bet expecting to win it. A month away from his sheltered life shows him the people behind the payroll, and changes how he sees all of it.
