Dil Kya Kare1999

Anand and Kavita Kishore are raising Neha, the daughter they adopted, and their marriage is settled enough that neither of them looks back at how it began.

Then Nandita arrives, asking only for time with the child. Anand recognises her at once: years earlier, strangers thrown together on a hijacked train, they spent one night in each other's company.

What Anand never learnt is what followed that night. The nearer Nandita comes to Neha, the harder both of them find it to explain to Kavita why a stranger should matter so much.
