Sivaji The Boss2007

Sivaji comes home from America with his savings and a plan: free hospitals and free colleges for people who cannot pay for either.

Every office he walks into wants something before it will sign. The files move only as far as the money lasts, and Adiseshan, who owns the hospitals and colleges people do pay for, has no interest in letting the work finish.

Stripped of what he brought with him, Sivaji stops asking. He starts tracing the money that officials and Adiseshan keep off the books, and decides to build the foundation out of that instead.
